We helped a small business transform their traditional classroom-based education model into a web platform that offers online courses and certifications. We collaborated with the client and their stakeholders to understand their business goals and user needs, and developed a product strategy and roadmap. We designed the web platform with a focus on user experience, engagement, and accessibility. We also optimized the business systems and workflows, and coached the client and their team on how to manage and improve the product after launch. The web platform attracted thousands of learners and increased the client’s revenue and reputation.
